Had a similar experience with mine. When I bent the scoop up as instructed to give the ball enough clearance it made no difference - most of the time the ball could no longer enter the scoop and at other times it could not eject. So I kept bending the scoop up slightly and testing. First a little bit more. Then a little bit more. But the game would never play right with the Clifffy. And then.. I bent the scoop a bit too much and broke it. At which point I removed the Clifffy and ordered a new scoop for somewhere around $100.
