I've installed Cliffys on many games (CFTBL, RS, RFM, MB, ACDC, TAF, TZ, JM), and I played them all a bunch before and after installing them.
With all of them (and with CFTBL most of all), I did fear that it might make scoop shots more difficult, but I've never found that to be the case.
With Jurassic Park, if shots are being noticeably denied, I wouldn't hesitate to remove it. You could always reinstall it if you sell or something...
