We are moving in June and have 3 pins to get upstairs from the basement and back downstairs into the basement of our new house. We've dead lifted these things in the past and would rather not do it again.

Is there anywhere around Indy to rent an escalera for a few days? I'm willing to drive an hour or so if needed. I can pick it up and drop it back off wherever.

    Thanks!

Check to see if you have a sunbelt rentals, rentals unlimited, or a similar business in your area. I live in Northern Virginia and there are at least a few different rental companies that rent them.

Don't ask specifically for Escalera as they may rent PowerLift of one of the other brands, Sunbelt near me rents the big PowerLift which is overkill but may still be better than a manual dolly if it will fit.

Any luck? I'm curious as I'm in Indy too!

Checked my local Lowes yesterday. No luck. I read Home Depot may rent them. Gonna check them today. Also read Sunbelt may have them too. I'll keep ya posted sesh...

The moving company I am using said they have them, but are mainly used for gun safes. He said they are not in good enough condition to move pinball machines. He'd rather have his guys move them.

Tell the rental companies to contact me and purchase one to rent out.
