Hi,
The best would be to check the resistance between the 2 coils lugs and see if they are ok. Then unsolder diodes and check them.
You can unsolder one end of the capacitor and see what happens. There is a short anyhow, or an excess of current flowing thru the fuse. A coil with a dropped resistance might cause it.
Also have you inspected the course of both flippers mechanism ? No contact between metallic parts except the opening of the eos ? The
