R&M is one of those few pins I have owned (I've owned more than 50) that just have that magical "it", and Eric is a big part of that. Truly impressive work.
Theme integration on R&M is definitely in the top 3 of any pins that I have ever owned.
And it is the most addictive pin I have ever owned, passing up my beloved Iron Man for that honor.
