What I really appreciate about the guy is how he does stuff for us even when he has personal misgivings about it. He obviously wasn't a fan of the option to randomize the dimensions right from the start... his thought was it would give us something to work for and you'd eventually be delighted when you got to see some of the deeper modes.
And that makes perfect sense.
Problem is it's a HARD friggin' game most of the time and hard for (at least me) to play consistently.
So he held his nose, gritted his teeth and gave us this option anyway. After his initial reaction I didn't expect this. Made my day/week/year.
And now even guys with apparently diminishing pinball skills (like me) can enjoy the dark depths of the gator swamp with the buzz of the 'skeeters while being eventually humiliated by R&M.
Somehow Scott and Eric have made being humiliated an enjoyable experience. In fact... well I better quit while I'm ahead.
