As I am making my way through my IJ flipper rebuild I noticed that the EOS switch on the R and L flippers is opposite of the other. Please see the pictures below. The first picture is the L EOS switch and the 2nd picture is the R EOS switch. As I am sure ya'll already know, the lug on the R of each EOS switch goes to the short contact and the lug on the L goes to the long contact. As you'll see in the pictures, the wires of the same color are attached to the opposite lug when compared to the other. Is this correct? If not, which side is correct? Muchas Gracias in advance!

Switches don't have any polarity, so it doesn't matter which lug which wire goes on (unless there's a diode on the switch, but EOSes don't have diodes)

Quoted from zacaj:

Right.... But if the coil DOES have a diode... Then you want the other leg of the EOS to go on the NON banded side, correct?

Read this sticker. WPC game's EOS' have nothing to do with coils. You're thinking HV EOS, WPC is not that.
