Quoted from mystman12:Well, not really sure where to go from here... New plunger assembly (A-10656), new end of stroke (SW-1A-194), new coil stop (A-12111) and shrink tubing around the pawl, but it still moves too far. The end-of-strokes on the lower flippers both go past the pawl a little bit, but on this one it doesn't. It's just barely long enough to not get caught on the pawl with the shrink tubing on it, but just barely. I'm guessing with some play it will wear out enough to start causing problems again. Do I just need to get a longer EOS?

In post 16 above: I can't believe that 1.) No one noticed your coil is installed in reverse. Also, the coil sleeve should be inserted through the top of the coil and when mounted should extend just slightly through the coil bracket if installed correctly (it looks like it's not). 2.) Where is the spring?? It looks like the spring is over the plunger vs. in the original photos where there's a much smaller spring that's supposed to run from the extension link off the plunger linkage to the EOS bracket.
