Soldering is good, new caps, U1, U7, U8, U11 are all good chips. I can hear an amplifier hum when I turn both pots on the board or on the door. The LED comes on and then flickers about 3 times. Totally lost, ANY ADVICE! I want to hear this pinball!!!

TP1 - 0.07 V
TP2 - 5.20 V
TP3 - 15.05 V
TP4 - (-4.89 V)
TP5 - 3.978 V
TP6 - 2.384 V
TP7 - 0.082 V
TP8 - 2.541 V
TP9 - 1.291 V
TP10 - 3.376 V
TP11 - 1.363 V
TP12 - 4.76 V
