Hawkeye is right. I have all EM pins here that seem very normal to me, but when I play SS machines I can't believe how much power is in the flippers! Again, like hawkeye said, you can get a few extra volts by high tapping the transformer, or if you feel the need, you could always unwind a bunch of wire from the flipper coils and make them stronger, but you'll eventually shatter targets and posts.

I'm not condoning it, but I have seen it done.

Personally I feel it 'shouldn't' be super easy to fire an EM ball to the top of the playfield. It's the challenge of the game that makes it fun. I think if you do any mods to a machine to make it easier, you're a punk. There, I said it
