Yep, same problem on my 1972 Jungle.
The Q relay was just a little mechanically 'sticky' with no power on.
So, when the score motor 180 degree cam briefly opened the Q coil drop out contacts it stayed pulled and kept scoring.
I just dis-assembled and cleaned the Q coil and plate, then the relay was no longer 'sticky' with power off.
Now the Q drops out when it is supposed to. (when bonus unit is done)
