What, you don’t like de-soldering the wires to the coil just to replace a coil sleeve?

Actually, I like the actual decagon shape they had, with flat fronts for the numbers, but that’s not worth it for the drawbacks.

Of course, it’s very important to make sure patients get in their wrist therapy!

North Star has one of my favorite backglasses, very funny!
Quoted from Classics_Master:Williams Hot Tip (EM version), is my favorite late model Williams EM. I like it over Grand Prix, Space Mission and Argosy. Just a fantastic playfield layout in my opinion, with a great use of drop targets, spinner, and captive ball. Super fast gameplay.[quoted image]
Hot Tip is my favorite EM that I’ve ever played. Based on my scanning of the features column of the Mr. Pinball Price Guide, it is the only EM to have drop targets, a spinner, and a captive ball. Just a great layout with a lot of shot options. I searched a bit to get mine after I couldn’t get enough of this pin at ReplayFX two years in a row.

Necessity is the mother of invention...and the destroyer of parts bins!
Quoted from Mopar:I'm sure mostly because they're Chicago Coin, but I consider (a well tuned) Juke Box/Sound Stage
an under rated pin..
I agree. Now I’m thinking that a Gold Record would look nice next to it...
Quoted from Mopar:I've never played Gold Recorded, but have a Hollywood set up next to Sound Stage.
Simple game, but well liked..
I’ve played both Juke Box and Gold Record at VFW, I liked them both.
Finally added Super Straight to the lineup. It took a long time to thoroughly go through it, but I’m extremely pleased with the result. It’s a fast pin with lots to shoot for, and a fairly complex ruleset.
I started out by solidifying the all-too-typical deteriorating Sonic particle-board cabinet last summer. I found some great products to work on that. If anyone is interested, I started a thread about that:

I also posted the few touch-up paint colors I used on the touch-up paint color thread:

Welcome to the club! I knew you wanted one, and you weren’t gonna get mine. Great score!
Quoted from crujones4life:My favorite EM by far.
We seem to have a growing group of that opinion. Good to see this great EM getting more of the appreciation it deserves!
