Quoted from jrpinball:Cabinets of this era came from the factory with noticeable mill marks and sloppier graphics. The quality was slipping a little; they probably cut a few corners with the cabinet manufacturer to save a few dollars.
True, they built for amusement arcades not home use.
Tim Arnold? Never heard of him until now....

Quoted from Darcy:Brought home a new girl friend, today.
After 1 hour.... of getting to know her, I got her out of her black outer clothes.
Wow, what a pretty woman!
Better not to get married or she'll become a widow again!
Enjoy your GF!
Quoted from NicoVolta:Count me in as a new member of the Cleopatra EM club.
From Lebanon, Missouri?
I emailed her but too late....Grrrr
Congratulations!
I just restored the cabinet 2nd time, first one was bad clearcoats, became more yellowing in just one year, not 40 years
Super Spin coming soon.

Quoted from bek1966:Really nice looking Super Spin! Cabinet looks perfect, has it been restored? Can we see more of it?
Thanks!
Yes, I restored the cabinet myself with home made stencils (poster papers from Staples)
Making stencil is hard work but worth it.... I like under spray a bit....not too much.
I'm doing the playfield now, about a month to be done.....but you can see the cabinet now.
4 player is 4 inches taller than 2 player (with 100K lights)
I'm not sure the older machines like Card Whiz/Royal Flush, Surfer/Surf Champ, Jumping Jack/Jack in the Box, Duotron/Magnotron .... 2 inches difference???

Quoted from ajfclark:Great looking machine.
Possibly a dumb question, but is the wood bolted to the legs permanent?
No, will take them off soon. Garage floor is super smooth, I can slide it around a bit myself when working......keep the legs firmly to protect the cabinet from damage
Short wood strips bolted to legs and then nailed on top of long strips.....no bolts touching the floor.
