Quoted from stashyboy:

Good guys, keep it coming! I spent the last 2 weeks finishing the restoration I started last winter of my game room center piece that inspired the carpet.

Absolutely knocked out by your carpet and blacklight. Is it a true carpet (as opposed to a painted hard floor surface) and would you mind saying where you purchased the carpet? It looks like the blacklight is coming from beneath one or more of your games. Would that be right? Awesome room.

More pictures from the Del Ray Florida Silverball Museum location.....Enjoy!

Nice photos, Vic. Thanks for sharing them. I've never seen such a great collection.

Do you know who owns and operates the museum?

Quoted from jrpinball:

Picked up this gem recently. Not a great player by any means, but the price was right. I don't think it's worth restoring, so it'll probably be a parts donor.
I really like the cabinet art on it, which is basically what sold me on it.

It looks great! Sure you want to part it out?

Quoted from jrpinball:

Yes. Either button controls all six.

I read somewhere (probably here) that this was the only game where Gottlieb used this kicker (flipper) mechanism. That adds a lot of historical interest to the game, I think.

Finished my Rocket restoration[quoted image][quoted image]

Beautiful job. What finish did you use on the red tips of the ball shooter and ball lifter rods?
