Quoted from jrpinball:"Golden Bells" is supposed to be in a woodrail cabinet. Yours looks to be transplanted into a later cabinet.
Right on the money. Now I have to decide to leave it as is (Repaint) or build a wood rail cabinet from scratch.
Quoted from jrpinball:Does your "Poker Face" have metal strips along the upper inside edge of the cabinet? Most woodrails do, but mine is painted silver instead. I'm wondering if that was original, or done afterward. I don't see any nail holes where they might have been.
Hoping to look at it on the weekend (if it is warmer). I'll snap a pic and PM you.
Golden bells. Thanks for all the feed back. I post before and after pic's when I getting working. (Including the backglass with the lights on)

Look like just wood.
Here are some before and after picks of my 1953 Gottlieb Poker face. My 3rd EM and my first woodrail.
No automotive clear coat and I haven’t replaced the backglass. (Outside my budget).
Thanks to all of the pinheads on this site. I didn’t post any question, because someone else had a similar issue and posted a fix.

Here are some before and after picks of Williams 1959Golden Bells. This machine was moved to a trade winds cabinet and repainted, before I picked it up.

look like my picture are out order.
Quoted from singlezero:so that golden bells was put in a trade winds cabinet? so an original golden bells in a woodrail with a wooden lockdown . that one from the tradewinds blue looks wood. is that stock ?
It was wood painted red. I stripped it and painted it blue to better match my colour scheme. Have no idea if was stock.
Quoted from Dee-Bow:Finally!! First time posting my own pics in this thread..needs a backglass but should clean up nice & I can't wait to get it flippin'
Nice Pin. Saw it on line and missed it by 4 hrs. If you need a hand getting it working let me know.
