Makes me want to get my Dodge City out of the restoration que and get it rolling, looks very nice.
I'm assuming that is an overlay to apply to your playfield? Also it's amazing how much that peach color fades; very similar to King Of Diamonds.
Did you replace the orange inserts on the A-B-C-D-E roto target's? Mine are definitely very cloudy and I may have to replace them and was wondering a source if you replaced yours.
No overlay, the artwork was digitally printed directly on the wood using what I assume is a similar process as what CPR now does.
All inserts are new, I believe the transparent orange I got from Marco, the whites, only place that had them was Pinball Resource and they had to be sanded to remove a swirl pattern and lettering.
Inserts installed, playfield sanded flat with a large drum sander to remove any divots and make it completely flat (I did have to fill some spots and repair the 10X holes using the wood filler as suggested by Vid in his PF restro thread). I also chamfer the holes around the top. Light clear coated applied to seal the wood grain. Image printed and final clear.
I just have to figure out an easy way to make the paper inserts for the roto wheel inserts as the original paper has yellowed quite a bit (I assume it was white). Plus figure out the correct weight of paper as well. lol
