Nice collection, thanks!

I haven't run across a Flipper before. Looked it up on IPDB, interesting read.

I need to get out more...

Not in perfect condition. But pretty good. Scored this a couple of weeks ago and just finished cleaning it up, polishing all the metal, and getting it dialed in to add to the line up. This one won't be for sale for a while.

Just picked up this Super-Flite project. It’s in decent original condition. Should clean up nice! I can already tell it’ll be a fast game. Thought it might be a “buy and try” game but it might be sticking around longer than originally thought.

I just got a Strato flite! As soon as I finish my xenon project I’ll be tearing into it. Already bought a new glass from BGResto. Pinball pimp stencils are next.

Wow that looks like its in great shape. If it plays like it looks it should definitely be fast. I'll never sell mine.

playfield looks nicer than most... that yellow down at the flippers NEVER held up well.

Fun game, it's underrated IMO... only thing that could have been better in design on these late 60 EMs is the quickness of the motor revolutions... too slow and clunky.

Haven’t done a thing to it yet other than windex the glass! Was sitting in someone’s garage for what appears to be a long time. Needs a deep clean and some worn parts replaced. Looking forward to playing it when it’s 100%.

I couldn't zoom in enough on your pic to tell, does your machine have a hole between the 1 and 0 on the outlane?

Weekend pickup and first woodrail, Wagon Train. Looks complete and everything functions. Needs some cleaning and polish. Backdoor and coinbox are missing and probably needs a backglass, although the bad areas are all solid colors. I have never tried backglass touchup but this might be a good candidate.

"Wagon Train" was my very first woodrail as well. My backglass was in similar condition to yours; maybe even a little worse. Yours looks repairable, because it's mostly unlit solid colors (the pale yellow sections) which need retouching. Obviously, seal it first. It seems that this is another one of those woodrail titles which have many surviving examples still around. It's a woodrail, but could have very well been a metal rail game. No gobble holes, and reel scoring. A later metal rail game, "Sweet Hearts" (the last Gottlieb with gobble holes) could have easily been a woodrail.

I was pleasantly surprised with how well the cabinet cleaned up on this Super-Flite. Probably one of the nicest originals that I have seen. But nothing prepared me for the surprise I found while cleaning out the cabinet! The tag was hiding under the bottom board.

IPDB says 98 sample games were made out of a total of 1901. Looks like I found #37!

Thanks! Yes, Flipper was my first pin that I just lucked into, and I fell hard for this hobby after that. Love the gameplay, integration of theme with the reward (“pick-a-card, any card...” and if you “pick” the correct card again, bam, free ball!) and the history.

Nice overall. Re back box cover, I have made a few out of 3/16" acrylic. Adds an interesting look to the game in cases where you can see the back. And is easy to make, and drill for the lock.

Here's a short educational video I just made and thought you guys might like. It shows 4 Neyens/Parker Wedgeheads from the Dutch Pinball Museum's collection and gives some background information about their relevance.

Seeing the video, you will probably realize that you, as a pinhead, are not part of the target audience. The museum focuses on educating their visitors, the general public, about pinball history with short videos like this one.

If you like the video, please do us and yourself a favour and hit that thumbs up button on Youtube. It really helps in spreading the stories of our wonderful hobby to more and more people.

Thank you and enjoy!

Picked up this Jumping Jack for $225. Needs help with the backglass and the front of the cabinet (almost looks like it was left outside with the front exposed to the elements only, because the sides look really good). To my surprise it actually went through its reset phase and started a game. Excited for this one, the playfield looks like a more interesting version of Bally Air Aces, my other EM project lol

It’s a long-standing tradition in our town that the parents throw an all night party for the graduating HS senior class. I helped organize and took three of my games out of their man cave habitat down to the gym. Those games got played nonstop all night! I they were humming for sure. Was a great way to help these kids finish out a tough senior year.

Yea. I don't generally work on many machines this time of the year,
but here in Upstate, June/July's been more like April/May. A little moist..
Plus no major construction going on this Summer. Just a little upgrading
and routine work..
It does feel pretty good working on machines. Last Fall and Winter was
100% clearing then finishing off that room upstairs..
