Enjoyful pics. I'm not sure if I had ever seen a Carnival..
This showed up today. 1948 Gottlieb Buccaneer. I bought it off of Odin and I couldn't be happier! This is an amazing game! Awesome artwork and game play! It has that one more game appeal.
2 for 1 shipping and I was able to finish payments on my 1967 Surf Side to get it back (finally). This is one of the only games besides my Fireball that I miss or regret selling. So glad to have it back. It's like I had lost an old friend.
Heyyyyy where have I seen that cabaret light mod before? Oh yeah... now I remember.
I am next in line! But first, we play a few games for ol' times sake.

We are long overdue to eat Chinese food, chill and just play pinball (no fixing them...they all work for once!)
It took awhile but I was able to light up all 6 ships and land it in the holes worth 200,000 points when all 6 numbers (ships) are snuffed out in numeral order. The next thing that happens is "bang bang bang bang bang, bang bang bang bang bang, bang bang bang bang bang, bang bang bang bang bang!" You would have thought someone was banging on the roof! You gotta love how the pirates musket lights up in the backglass with each bang.

For your sake, here is to hoping you can do that on every 25 games or so. I've never played this one, sounds like fun. Congrats on the new to you purchase.
Here's a pic for you woodrail fans. I took a quick pic on my way out of a portion of the line up I was playing tonight. The picture quality is not that great but I assure you the game play quality was. The Diamond Lil and Jockey Club are mine. The Dragonette and Lady Luck are my neighbor Brian's where the games currently reside.

I am drooling all over that Lady Luck.

Lady Luck backglass is by far my favorite ever made. Playfield art is in my top ten. Gameplay is addictively difficult for me but hearing that replay knocker hit twice on a double award game makes it totally worth it.
After two and a half years of putting off bring down my Golden Arrow from the garage gameroom jrpinball and i completed this excruciating task. We relocated, disassembled, reassembled, releveled and did some very minor maintenance, repair and fine tuning on over 10+ machines in my collection. This work has helped my chronological order a great deal and new looking line up feels great in my tightly fit space of 25 Gottlieb wedgeheads. There are a couple of videos on my Vic Camp Pinball youtube pages of this accomplishment if anyone would like to view.

Now that's my type of Game Room! Looks like you pretty much have them
all. Or might there be 1 or 2 you still may have an eye out for?
Pinball Mecca! Someday I hope to make the journey. I would like to hear what it sounds like with every game playing at the same time !

Looks like Golden Arrow is there to stay; I know mine is also.
I know after completing that task you must have been ready for some beverage's that you have the neon signs for.
Looks great, nice job.

Even better is when they are all on with no one playing you can hear the 455 blinkers clicking on and off; kind of soulds like crickets!

Wonderful line up of some great players! As a woodrail fan, I agree with game play quality. Good luck with them!

Honestly i haven't been looking to add any new games to my line up the last 10 or 15 years.
But......I just picked up a King Pin a month ago and sold Royal Guard a year ago after having it in my line up for 13 years. This year i let go of an Abra Ca Dabra after only having it in my line up for a year.

Lady Luck is my favorite in that 4 pack.

This brings me back to the arcade I went into when I was 10. You have more machines but the same feel. Now all you need to do is put on the music (classic rock) it was 1973 and fire up a couple of those cigarettes to give it that smoking look and smell.

Here's a sample of what it "sounds like"

Quoted from DCRand:Picked up my first Bally machine Saturday. BG in great shape, PF has some wear areas and some idiot put home made posts in the outlanes that are already gone. But other than the flippers being a little soft, plays well.
I just picked up a Flip Flop this Saturday from a friend. I have owned quite a few games and it's only my third Bally EM. They seem to be a little more scarce in my area. It's a total departure from anything else I've owned. So far I'm finding it to be great fun.
That looks like a really nice "Lucky Ace" next to it too. Those are both great looking and playing games.

I got the Lucky Ace from the same friend. I was never a fan of the art and almost passed. I'm glad I didn't. It's been a lot of fun too.
Quoted from Tyamry:I received this a couple of weeks ago. Not an EM, but beautiful none the less. 1934 Jennings Sportsman.
Beauty.
Gameplay video, please!

Just an "M" then. It's welcome here.
This one was also delivered. Another one by Mike Hasanov.
Quoted from OTTOgd:Beauty.Gameplay video, please!
I will get gameplay video in the morning when someone else is home.
Quoted from Tyamry:One more by Mike!
Tyamry you are killing me with these beautiful games! Mike's work is world class, and you have some of the greatest games of that era. Congrats. I'm so jealous.

Forget 'someone else', get/borrow a tri-pod!
Gorgeous, rare games with gameplay that should be shared, please. In person would be best, obviously, but it's a bit of a snow-day today so I shouldn't swing by Seattle. Nifty videos of the hands-on entertainment from the past will certainly be appreciated, I'm sure!
Quoted from leckmeck:Finally finished my Centigrade 37 a couple days ago. It was a hell of an ordeal, but all's well that ends well.
Really nice Jason. Did you repaint the cabinet?
Hope you're still enjoying Blast Off.

Thanks, Mark!
I just sprayed over the top of the magenta. It was faded, of course. The base white and yellow were 99% intact and just needed a few spot touch-ups. I posted about it here:

Blast Off still getting enjoyed. Still one of my top five games in cosmetic excellence.
