Who do you all recommend for an EM playfield touch up and clear? I've got a King Kool I would lile done.

Go to vids playfield restoration thread for most of the standard stuff.
Then change that to fit your situation.

I agree with PinballAir. The thread is excellent and will guide you though everything you need. I've used his thread to do the playfield on a 76 Space Mission and a 66 Cross Town. Restoring involves a lot of labor. I imagine a professional would be very expensive. The pictures below is what I did with Vids guidance.
