I haven't seen a recent thread in which we could post a short list of pins we're hoping to buy on the chance that someone else here has one to sell or happens across it and can tip us off. Hence, the following...

I'd really like another excellent AAB. (Cowpoke is my first and only.) There are several out there, but I have had enough doubts about each not to pursue them. The top of my list is Gottlieb's Pleasure Isle, but I know it's the proverbial hen's tooth of pinball. Second on my list is Gottlieb Melody. Thanks in advance for any help you can supply in securing one of these great pins!

I would like to add another multiplayer with two inch flippers. Ideally a Star-Jet but I am not too picky.

#3 8 years ago

Looking for a Pop a Card...

#4 8 years ago

Looking for money ...............then space........... then maybe a nice Bank A Ball or Buckaroo. Guess this would be more of a long (year wait) list rather than short.

Ken, find some money and Ive got a Bank-A-Ball for you . Ive also found another Atlantis.

#6 8 years ago

Now we're talking!

#7 8 years ago

Wish List would be another nice Gottlieb or Williams AAB to go with the Palooka and a nice woodrail to go with the Grand Champion to complete the home arcade.

What is this "completing" of which you speak???

#9 8 years ago
Quoted from pinhead52:

Ive also found another Atlantis.

I'd be interested in an Atlantis so I can play it for a while to see what it's like. It does seem very cool with room dimmed and game lights on.

I only have room for 4 pins here in the house so 4 working nice games would make a good "complete home arcade" for us.
(I like to keep all the games in the house instead of in storage where they won't get attention or be played)

Some of the multiplayers I would like to find besides Star-Jet.

Eager Beaver, Viking, Tom Tom, Oh Boy, Fiesta, Lady Luck, Williams Hollywood, Big Chief, Caravelle, Shangri La, Coquette, Williams El Toro, Jumpin Jacks, Stop N Go.

Not necessarily in that order.

#18 8 years ago

I'd travel a bit to buy a nice Centigrade 37. Also casually looking for a Trade Winds.

How badly do you want one?

New price - $1150.

Most of those are some nice games,
but not sure what you see in Caravelle and Coquette?
As neither the theme/artwork and/or gameplay seem all that appealing to me.
Shangri-la is probably my fav (for game play out of the group).

#21 8 years ago

Looking for a Spin Out and an Auto Race.

#22 8 years ago

besides Star-Jet

Might suggest Mardi Gras and Merry Widow also.
And BLY Big Day ain't bad either.

#24 8 years ago

my list would include: (in no particular order)
Abracadabra
Centigrade 37
Fireball
Line Drive
GTB Gridiron (single player Pro Football is in my collection, but it's more fun to compete)
300 and/or Triple Strike

#25 8 years ago

Not too many EMs that are still on my wish list.
GTB Masquerade and North Star and
WMS King Tut

'Bally' King Tut

#27 8 years ago

Glen, wasn't there one very recently for sale on Craigslist in the LA area?

Edit:

Never mind. I see you were just wondering about Tom's post for King Tut.

#28 8 years ago

I have a Charlie's Angels EM and a Gemini!

I am looking for a Gottlieb Space Walk......Anyone?

#31 8 years ago

I have a few I am looking for but don't want them to appear yet as no space!

A mint Daisy May would be nice

Yeah... he should have said Bally, unless there's a machine I don't know about?

And I am doing my darndest not to buy another game!

I am flat out of room.

Who isn't?

Gemini!
and Gottlieb Space Walk.

I want those also
but trying to be realistic
as those two are pretty rare.
I do have a GTB Countdown
and a NOS plastic set for Gemini,
probably the closest i will come to owning one.

You're scarin' me, buddy... you're scarin' me.

#37 8 years ago

Just relax for awhile... drink your coffee, wake up... and we can talk about wating those games later.

#38 8 years ago

I am the Coin-op Doctor.

#39 8 years ago

Haven't used that gag in six months.

#40 8 years ago

Captain Card hands down for me.

Or let's broaden this and say I'd like a Gottlieb AAB with drop targets.

But the Captain is my favorite and I probably play 30 games (yes I am that bad) whenever I go to the Silverball.

#41 8 years ago

Hit the Deck/Neptune and Rock Star/Blue Note are pipe dreams. Given their rarity, they'll remain dreams, I'm afraid. Thankfully, the VFW opens once a year and I can get my fill there.

Captain Card is up there for me, too. But High Hand is a more realistic goal.

Never give up. Hunting is fun and games can be found anywhere. Someone got a mint Blue Note last year for a few hundred dollars on CL.

Just need to be very quick!

#43 8 years ago

They money isn't there but someday hopefully have a chance to buy Abra Ca Dabra and Nags.

#44 8 years ago

My last truly Holy Grail is a EM, Bally's Bigfoot.....seriously. The Hercules is the holding spot for it but I'd probably figure out a way to keep both because there both so cool.

Pleasure Isle, Rock Star, hearts & spades. Actually I've got everything else on my A List.

Well, I now got "Space" for one more so I am now halfway there.

Don't sell high hand short, it can be a very tough game at times.

When I get more space, a 1966 Bally Capersville, "aka Naperville" would be a nice addition. After that anything O-din likes.....LOL. Great thread!
