Need advise. Em Old Chicago machine will not add a 4th player to start a game. Any remedies?

You'll want to check the Coin Step Up Unit.
It's been awhile since I went through a 70s multiplayer Bally,
but there may be a switch on that Unit that breaks when it hits
the 4th player which is the 3rd (and last) step up on that unit.
It could be breaking to soon after the 2nd step up when it's on
the 3rd player..
If that switch checks good, look for a mechanical bind not allowing the third step up on the Coin Unit stepper assembly.
