Back in college I had a dodge cricket, and the wiper motor gave out on me. I just needed to make it home at the end of the term, 100 miles away. Dont you know the day I was leaving it was raining...Being an engineering student I took the dash board off, unhooked the wiper linkages and manually move the wipers back and forth through a hole in the dashboard. Needless to say a junked the car soon after
