To me MMR is a great game and a better overall package vs. Elvira. I am thinking about adding Elvira to the mix. What do you guys think? Pros vs. cons. I Keep thinking about the castle vs. the house and have a hard time trying to figure out which one is a better toy. Are they similar or different games? What do you Elvia owners think about Elvira?

As a huge fan of SS, I would go with MMR. Everything considered, MM is just way more fun.

I don’t own either but would love an EHOH. MMR has a cult following but I prefer the layout, music, toys, and overall package w Elvira.

I own MMr LE and EHOH LE, both are fantastic games but in the end MMr wins.

MMR is usually the one that gets played the most in our collection from me, the kids and guests. I’ve played the Elvira several times, and I like it, just not enough to own it over MMR. I would definitely play Elvira several times first. It needs another code update. Also, the build quality on Chicago Gaming is probably a notch or two above modern Sterns.

They are both wonderful games. MMR is the classic that has stood the test of time. Perfect rules, challenge and theme integration. Elvira is so fun. Get both?

I prefer MMR.

I’m between Elvia and Monster Bash right now! Already have an MMR. Just seeing what people think of all of these games and appreciate everyone’s input.

I recently sold my MBLE and purchased EHOH. I don’t miss MB. We all love MMr

I had an MMR for a few months - just couldn’t make myself get into it. It’s one of the tops of all time, but it just didn’t click. I like MB better for the theme, even though MM clearly has better code. EHOH is more interesting from a code standpoint, and the playfield layout isn’t revolutionary, but it is absolutely fun. I play it almost every day. Has that split personality where you can play a short game and still feel like you did stuff, but the longer you can hold on the more you unlock.

Both great. Had MMR for 9 months and loved it. I have had Elvira for a month and love it too. Elvira already has a better code and there's lots more to come. Both have great flow and some of the best call outs ever. I would pick Elvira if I had to choose.
