Elvira acting up. Display not working, also won't launch ball. The existing display is an LED upgrade, and my first stab at fixing was cleaning and reflowing connections at the power supply, no change. Then I removed the + 100 and - 100 fuses as they were not needed for the LED. That oddly did the trick. Game ran for days no problem. Tonight back to the same problem. My thinking is the 5 V regulator but just guessing. I'll take readings tomorrow but any dart throws from you folks would be helpful. Thanks!

Voltages were good on power supply board, however, when I checked the ground on the board for continuity to the common ground I was getting 43 ohms. Took board out and the 2 mounting screws that ground it to the chassis were basically masked over and just a small trace was of metal was visible. Sanded those down so more of the ground trace was making contact, checked continuity, less than 1 ohm, turned it on and it worked.
