I had that issue. Screw loosened up and the crypt would not close properly. I tightened the screw and everything working again. Easy fix but hard to believe it came loose after 10 plays!

I received my game about a week ago and am having intermittent issues with my right flipper. It works most of the time but sometimes is dead for a few seconds. Lost 2 balls in 1 game as a result tonight.

Any ideas what could be causing this issue?

Thanks for all the suggestions. I disconnected the wires going to the node board and reconnected them, checked all wires to be sure there is not a short. All seems to be working fine again so hopefully just a loose connection. Will report back if it starts happening again.

I want to thank Tim (ralphwiggum) for the awesome custom lenticular instruction cards. They look awesome and are a must have for the game!

I ordered a set and did not realize there were two versions, the standard ones that fit in the stern pre-cut instruction card cutouts on the apron, and a custom size that you can attach a magnetic backing to to attach to the apron with magnets. I wanted the larger ones but ordered the standard size. Tim was nice enough to send me another set of the bigger ones and asked that I give away the standard size set to someone on Pinside.

I got my game a few weeks ago and noticed that one of the lights (Phase 3) on the playfield is ghosting (slightly on when all other lights are off). See picture.

Is this normal? Also if not, how would I fix the issue?

I received my EHoH Premium a few weeks ago and want to upgrade the speakers and add a speaker light kit. I just received the Kenwood speakers and am waiting to order the speaker light kit from speakerlightkits.com. Unfortunately they are currently out of stock on the replacement 5.25" speaker plate set so have to wait till they get them back in stock. For those of you with a Premium, what do you receommend on the light kit? Has anyone added the round colored speaker surround set? If so, what color did you choose?

I put in a ticket with Stern and they sent me a new light board, unfortuantely it did not fix the issue. I still have the Phase 3 light ghosting. I checked all the connectors and everything seems fine, just cant get the ghosting on the light to stop.

I went through my distributor, Zach at FlipNOut...he has been great to deal with and gets responses from Stern very quickly. Unfortunately I have had several issues where Stern had to send a new lockdown bar, new Node board and new light board and Zach had them shipped to me within a few days.

A good distributor is critical when you have issues!

I would love to know what to change my seetings to as I almost never have the topper open...the gargoyle eyes light up but I cant tell you the last time it actually opened...was thinking that it might be broken but it did work a few times...a long while ago.

If anyone has recommended settings for the topper, I'd really appreciate sharing them!

I have an issue when I go up the house ramp, the game does not recognize I made the shot. Ball is stuck in the house until ball search kicks in and then it dribbles out the back. I think the issue is that the Opto in the back of the house ramp is not working. I looked to see if I could purchase replacement optos but both Marco and Pinball Life are sold out. Any ideas on how to check if the optos are functioning or where to get replacements?
