Quoted from Guinnesstime:

Alright, who's house is this? Because it's for sale and it's awesome.

Well, sorry for the laaaate reply.... had to go analog on this one.

Didn't recognize the place without all of the machines but did.... recognize the pinkish carpet and the front entrance.

Bob Volk's - great guy, bought the Tron cocktail seen on the cover from him years ago (15?) and restored it - only really needed the proper black t-molding and a new fan, still have it and think of him and that place when I play it.

Hope Bob is ok - he was a great guy to deal with and the place back in the day (between the machines and the house) was what my dreams were made of.

God I miss Gameroom Mag.

Last owner was Kevin Steele I think - anyone know what happened to him?

Quoted from PanzerKraken:

What the hell is with all the random loose screws people are finding suddenly

LOL, after approx 18 years if I don't find a washer, screw or whatever - I find it a sign of bad luck.....

And with that said with all of these reports I was expecting issues of some sort.

We set-up our March 6 build yesterday and it plays flawless, no shooter rattle, guide shimming required, all optos mechs and modes are good. As usual, levelled perfectly side to side (measured at slings and at top of pf) and actually went 6.75 degrees right off the bat as it appeared some friends machines played a little slower then we would prefer.

Actually there was one thing - the vuk shot perfect to the trunk bank until I put on our Medisinyl mods - as per RobertWinter's post, had to adjust the vuk flap exactly to his measurement to stop the mod from disrupting the trajectory https://pinside.com/pinball/forum/topic/elvira-s-house-of-horrors-the-owner-s-club/page/156#post-6223813

And yes, I do believe some of our luck came from finding an extra loose sub speaker nut in the cab.

I received Mageek's awesome camper and while it matches the illustration on the backboard perfectly I thought I'd work on it to compliment the fantastic detail and weathering in the house and found a pic of an old Shasta as reference.

First thing I thought would be nice is a wheel and had an old model knock-off cobra wheel in a box of parts.

Rust, streaking, and silver-leaf added to some of the chrome areas to catch some reflection from the spotlights, rest just some silver paint

IMG_0469 (resized).JPGIMG_0469 (resized).JPG

Added a green transparency under the camper to give detail and make it look less like just floating in air?

Mounted looks good and fits in w/ the house detail, put a yellow filter on the led's inside the camper

IMG_0493 (resized).JPGIMG_0493 (resized).JPG

But as expected a lot of the added detail gets lost with all of the led spot lighting in the game, oh well it was a fun few hour project!
