You can take that board out of JP and put it into EHOH to see if the problem goes away. I had something similar happen with AIQ after a couple of plays. Swapping the node board confirmed the problem and made the game playable. Stern had a new node board to me the next day.

Yep, this is actually exactly what happened to me with AIQ. Send your serial number to your distributor/Stern, and they'll get a new one out. Take pics of the connectors as a reference when you do the swap(s). You'll get it fixed up in no time!

You shouldn't need to adjust the dip switches on the node you took from JP. You would've needed to adjust them if you swapped 8 and 9 from Elvira.

Change out the rubber to 1 1/4" per the post below. It helps immensely.
