we had an issue with the bumper going nuts during pool party. Each pop is worth 250k - I had to turn the game off... the coil was super hot. It ended up being an issue with the switch

Because you say "Happy hour goes nuts," your problem will be the right ramp opto. It's probably dirty and/or loose. Some have resorted to making the holes in the ramp larger. I have only cleaned/tightened it myself.

I submitted the bug report internally to Stern, not using the bug report email address.
I also did ask if they could fix the font issues. For example, some fonts used during end of ball bonus are so small and difficult to read. There's no guarantee stuff will get fixed unfortunately. But, I do try....

I have the same problem but with the gargoyle on the right side. I try to hold the gargoyle to the right and tighten the screw underneath it. Works for a while but the problem always returns, typically when I am having a rare good game lol. Interested in hearing if there is a better fix

The center ramp flap hitting the right gargoyle was typically due to the ramp not being aligned correctly. A lot of the initial productions games were missing a nylon washer on the ramp assembly that allowed it to move out of alignment. Not sure if that could also cause it to have isssues with the left side or not.
Here is the procedure to add the nylon washer.
A couple of days ago I received my crate zombie mod from Andrew (vimtoman) and while I have not had a chance to install it yet -- I am just so impressed with the thing 
Looks fantastic and the attention to detail is lovely. Oh and shipping was crazy fast as well.
Hopefully I will get a chance to install it soon. Looking forward to seeing it in action!

I have the same problem but it is the gargoyle pin that over extends and then catches on the ramp. The swage on the end of the pins is not big enough to fully lock them in place.

Wife and I were determined to get this achievement today with the glass on. Both of us got it, just in time too 
Fun way to wrap up a nice Christmas evening.
But…. Who's ever gonna find an arcade open on Christmas Day to get the verified green check on that one?

Stern actually made a plastic washer kit to center the ramp. Was a common issue. Was free.

There’s no replacement. Are you referring to the tv series she did? The replacement lasted 7 1/2 months
Is the First secret room haunt in December, the Santa Clause Conquers the Martians mode, Lyman's last work on the game? At least at this point. Making it come up first in December I mean.
This is just speculation…I think Stern could be done with EHOH based on these reasons.
First, the game was designed and coded by people who are no longer with Stern and are now employed by their competitors. I doubt Stern wants to keep manufacturing a pin that promotes the accomplishments of former employees.
Second, Stern has been very vocal that EHOH is expensive to manufacture. With the reported back log of games that are not as expensive, why continue to make EHOH.
I hope that I am wrong, but this might be the 1 2 punch that ends EHOH.
