Nice, this blew up my inbox! Happy to provide a fun mod that really makes the game(s) look cool in a lineup. I've made other custom codes, so check them out.
I'll be increasing the volume on the two replaced audio tracks and posting a new link with the change. Having someone test it for me after he let me know the volume was too low compared to the other audio tracks.
Always appreciate feedback since I do not have my own game to test on.

Working on the sound volume update hopefully end of the week. Work has been unusually busy this week.
Will post when the new link is ready and when I do, please message me again for it. I know I have some message requests I haven't replied to yet because I kept thinking I'd be able to update quicker and was just going to reply with the new link.
Also going to adjust the timing of the song Shout. Was brought to my attention that it syncs with Elvira yelling it on the screen.
Sometimes procrastination pays off. New Elvira code released yesterday (lots of other game updates too). So I will make my adjustments I wanted to make and then import to the new code version.
Cool! Hadn’t gotten around to doing this but I’ll wait for the update.
What are the game play changes in the new release? Nothing listed in the read me.

Waiting for a possible update to Pinball Browser since the current version will not work with all the new updates from 8/2.

Probably because of the new checksum/disabling of IC if there is modified code (which I presume will impact your work)
I won't be able to until/if Pinball Browser software is updated to open all the newest Stern firmware.
I'm still on previous version so could I use this? Couple questions and suggestions. Would there be a way to add attract sounds when not playing like random? Or if I have topper which I do add a random scream every so often for attract mode. Some people suggested to dim the backboard when in game when you trigger topper screams . Would any of this be possible? btw I'm ok with big old biddies

I am also going to increase the volume of the one song that was reported to be bit low. Shout? I forget.
I have a new version available that fixes the low volume of the "Shout" song. Problem was the song has the loud intro but then the song itself is lower. I found a better remix of the song but haven't tested it yet myself since my friend has Elvira, not me.

I took some time today and updated the current Stern 1.07 Elvira code with my changes. Includes the song adjustment I made recently that not many people probably have.

Ugh. I bought a Patriot 16GB microSD (with SD sized adapter) and it only formats to 14.4GB. Too small for this image. Does anyone else have that problem? Is it my card or reader in my PC possibly?

I haven't tried this mod yet, but are you flashing the card directly? It should take up as much space as it needs - the formatting gets wiped out when you flash the image, in other words.

The image software will format and write the .raw file. Give it a try.
