Dear Lloyd,
My Elvira and the party monsters CPU board (Williams 11B) had battery damage. Due to that the so called the SRC arrays just above the battery splitted open.
Due to this the display gives continuous additional segments, making it unreadable.
I can’t find the part over here in any store. Also reading the schematics it does not say more than 470pf/4.7k.
I would like to replace them with standard capacitors and resistors in order to get it fixed. Can you help me?
What is the actual resistor, capacitor schematics of the component?
It has 8 lines going through it and has one side connected to ground, the other side to 5V.
I would much appreciate the help.
Kind regards,
Mr. Vira
Hello Mr. Vira
We had to call in the big guns on this one.
http://greatplainselectronics.com/Category-121.asp Ed has them.
Also - If you have a copy of Clay's guide? He discusses substitutions etc in the Sys11 guide, page 3.
John Wart provided this, bless him.
