As far as leaked photos. I’m thinking this is stern doing this intentionally leaking photos then removing them getting hype on the forums and getting us all to google Elvira pinball. In the end it helps create buzz and move that higher and higher on search engines.

Occam's Razor says they were leaks that were taken down because Stern wants to control their release.
I'm not sure what you mean by "move higher" or what you think would even be accomplished. There isn't really a lot of search engine competition in either the Elvira or Pinball spaces, and even if there was, nothing would be changed by tens of people Googling for images.
Enough of that though. Let's see the playfield please.
The red and green text-only cabinet art is pretty hideous. Layout seems fine. Plastic ramps are not cool though. Would also be worried the art style for the LCD will be similar to Aerosmith...

Elvira sure, TMNT no way. Everybody knows that shit since they rebooted the cartoons and movies so many times.
(I have no dog in this hunt, very neutral towards TMNT pin, just saying, TMNT is a solid cornerstone brand.)

More importantly, thank you for your service.
Just bring back DMDs, make them doublesized and do fancy pixel art. Stern is about 10 years behind in animations for these giant screens. This is Aerosmith levels of bad art with the tubes and the heads. At least they didn't make a 3d model of Elvira like the Lily travesty in Munsters!
