It looks like the crate on the left ramp side has a lid that lifts up the lock balls. The gargoyles look like they’ll behave like the boogeymen
It appears that there are targets behind the crypt an the balls feeds the VUK that shoots the ball across to hit the targets and open the crate on the left ramp
Quoted from Yoko2una:Unlike SS and EATPM, people need to realize this has a freggin tv screen that I’m sure will make up for the 1-2 more static Elvira’s pics people think are missing on the PF.
With pictures of these old monsters on the side, I’d bet they have the rights to show the clips and we will have Batman 66 immersion. I’m excited to see how the mechs work!
Quoted from frolic:I mentioned it once in another thread, but I'm not the broken record brigade. Sitting on my wallet till its proven to be resolved 100%.
This looks like it should handle the rippling

If you look at other recent Stern releases they have bare areas around most posts. I know my Deadpool does, I’m not looking at my games but a believe a few of them do.
Do you think since it’s not a cornerstone release that they’ll be able to stray from the recent G rated standards and make it as raunchy as the show?
I watched the video , listened to the Podcast on the Stern Insider site and I’m very excited.
It has a nice art package, theme for Grown Ups , interesting interactive toys, Bally /Williams style design layout, Lyman is completely invested in the project, the license holder is engaged and actually shot clips specifically for the game, the have access to over 27 B movies and integration sounds incredible. Checks all the boxes for me and they ship next week!
Quoted from zr11990:Ok, so they are putting out this Elvira pin but Jurassic Park Just came out and hasn't even been delivered. Whats up with that.
Studio Title, not a cornerstone and the client wanted it out for Halloween. Hard to argue with that logic.
Quoted from Pinballpal:Did they officially release the movies that will be in the pin?
IGN has a lot of the information as well as the free Stern Insider Podcast

They haven’t. And this and most any new Stern doesn’t have anymore “stuff” than titles released 10+ years ago (TSPP, WH20, TZ, lots of examples) so it’s not like Stern is suddenly adding new features they didn’t before and cost of LED lights has gone down not up...I don’t think plastic ramps are expensive upgrades compared to metal ones either...
Do you think a pair of Jordan’s cost $200 or a pair of Diesel jeans cost $300?
No one has to buy any of these things. You can buy a warm two liter of soda at a grocery store for $1.25 or a cool 20 oz bottle at a Theme park for $5. Coffees can cost $8.
Buy what you can afford, companies will go out of business when people don’t buy. Stern seems to be doing well and the have a home pin for guys who want a $4k pin.
Let the downvotes begin all you socialists!
Exactly, everyone wants a living wage, $15 minimum wage. How about the people that were making $17 before , now they want $25. Tarrifs all these things people want make things cost more.
Quoted from ZMeny:Sigh....no longer allowed to like pinball....
You can have an opinion but everything has a cost and selling machines makes your intentions questionable amongst some of The Pinsiders. Small cost is my opinion but if you value their approval I’m sorry. And a little sad for you!
I visited Helicon and had the chance to put close to 20 games on Elvira. The layout of the game is solid. The house is impressive and the Crypt is a nice toy. The inserts & art package is reminiscent of old Bally games but updated. There are plenty of pictures of Elvira. The inter tubes on the LCD were not present, they must have been removed because of the complaints.
I noticed a few glitches that will need addressed in coding . The ball could enter the Junk in the Trunk lock from rolling into it from the playfield. It activated ball locks from the playfield. The VUK also isn’t firing hard and drained a few times directly into the left outlane. I found myself skipping all of the Haunt sequences and the Wild Women Multiball were rather dull. The GarGoyles Gone Wild Mode was very entertaining. It had good LCD animations and a Brain Seltzer sounding song “Jump and Jive “throughout. I hope that’s the way Lyman takes the overall feel of the game. The Haunts right now just feature B Movies with rather bland music in the background. Callouts and Elvira mocking the scenes would be welcome.
Overall the game has great promise to be excellent but it’s currently a work in progress. With just receiving a JP LE and really enjoying its current overall package I must say I’m less than excited to think that I’ll be taking delivery of this game in the next week. I invite everyone to check out Helicon and see the great selection of games there. Chris offers the most recent releases in pristine condition for you to evaluate yourself.
