here is the longer video - game looks like fun, love the music - hopefully that is what is in the game
Quoted from hank527:Do you get this or new Jurassic Park?
was interested in Jurassic but this does look fun
got some mod ideas but gotta find a job before I can consider this before buying a new guy, but already have 2 mods for this game
Quoted from RA77:Both Dennis and Greg are both Champions of Pinball design and art.
I have the utmost respect for both of these gentlemen.
I too fell into the trap of pre judging the art, please excuse me Greg. I can barely comprehend how much effort that you have put into Elvira 3.
None of us should judge anything about this title until it is seen up front and played.
The price model is disappointing. The game is being touted as a "Studio Production" hence the extra cost.
The LE price I was quoted here exceeds what I expected by 1.5K AU.
This will be a very tough call for me personally now.
Watching closely with anticipation and possible heart break of letting this one go.
Damn, I need to harden the F up !
Please Stern
Step up and comment
I also think the Aussie Distributor is going hard with his mark up as well which is not helping
I was inspired and did this over the weekend as Elvira loves her coffin shaped products - a Elvira Coffin Plunger housing.
It has the regular rectangular shape behind the coffin shape and then 1.5mm gap and then the larger coffin shape so the coffin shape never touches the cabinet art but hides the black box around the regular shooter housing. It also has a recess in the back to add backlighting to add a glow behind your shooter housing and the cabinet.
Still a work in progress but the front could also have a decal added - lining of a coffin ??? and the housing could be available in black, grey, red and purple.
would this be of interest?

awesome overview
in relation to the aussie prices, yes Stern has raised their MSRP prices by $400USD between the Elvira Premium and Jurassic Premium, but in Aus the difference has increased by $2000. I understand the difference in the dollar value and GST but factoring those doesn't increase the cost that much, so guessing there is a bit more for the hip pocket and see how many aussies pony up the dollars.
I personally would love this game but not at $13.5k for the premium and so on for the other models - I think there will be a decline in sales and less new games at this rate of price increases

Tried twice. Same USB I use for all other games. Keeps saying wrong spk file.

similar thing happening with the latest ghostbusters update, lots of people having trouble
I was hoping to be a bit further along with these but it is Halloween tonight here in Aus and thought it was an appropriate time to show these as a progress snapshot. Both cars are customised with body modification (to the thunderbird) paint, (though the Monster Rod still needs a tidy up and clear coat) as well as a custom Hotwheels Card and protective packaging if you want to have a keepsake.

Turns out these are more effort and pain than anticipated so when released will be limited to 15 units only (I will keep one of each) so leaving 4 x monster rods and 9 x elvira macabre mobiles (some with grey interiors and black and chrome mags and others in black interiors and white wall wheels and slight green tint windows).
The mount base can be found here:

in which the base plate is mounted to the side rail between the rail guard and the spirit bubble and you have a car in the car as a nice touch.
