I think when people say Elvira is 'not spooky #3' - it just means it's not Spooky's 3rd in house game.. leaving the door open that it could be Spooky building the game on contract.

No one has answered the original question- what do you want to see in Elvira 3?
At minimum, it has to have a left orbit lock shot and a really wild ramp. I'd like to see it have a specific nod to a mode in each of the first two games and glow in the dark plastics.
I'm sure Greg will knock the art out of the park, so I'm not worried about the art package being a photoshopped aberration. I would absolutely love new organ music and the related jokes. That sequence in EATPM is one of my favorite sound sequences ever.
I have mixed feelings about what the display should be. I don't know if it would be best to use the new Stern LCD and use old video or if they should go retro.
Mostly I want the game to be what Cassandra, Greg and Dennis want it to be without any Stern "we know better" changes.

I fear Stern already know better what pricetage it should be. But to get back to your original question:
I like the game to have tons of funny double entendres. I like the display to be LCD and use footage from her movies or TV shows, maybe with some added on animations. I understood an animated Elvira TV show is in the works, but do hope that won't be the full focus of the game. A mix of the new show and movie/TV show material could work.
I doubt Stern will want to go with the following scene for a 2-ball multiball:
Would be nice to see an easy to get to 2-ball multiball and a little harder to achieve 3-ball multiball

I'd also like to see them work in little clips from old (public domain) monster and sci-fi movies into the video, for some of the animations - with Elvira's comedy added, like in her TV show.

Great idea.
I personally would prefer this over too much innuendo. While it was nice on Scared Stiff, for me it just got too old to quickly.

When we booked Cassandra in November for TPF, I was told by her manager that she was no longer appearing as Elvira and would only appear as herself. That's not to say she won't change her mind later, but so far every 2017 appearance listed on her website says she is only appearing as Cassandra.

I believe her logic was that it is getting kind of ridiculous for her to be Elvira at her age. Some things just aren't " holding up" like they used to. Sort of like Clint Eastwood a little while back. He said something like do you want to see an old man Dirty Harry going around kicking ass in a wheelchair?
I read something where Elvira was getting a young woman to dress up as Elvira and stand in for her. The pics I saw didn't do her justice though. There was just something special about her as Elvira. Sheesh she has got to be the most attractive woman of her age I have ever seen.
