Looks like a dream for 50-60 year old Pinball players.

So far I’m not a fan of the cartoony inner tubes on the lcd when hitting the bumpers. Also the floating dead head characters look kind of cheap. I’m at the apple store viewing this so sound is not good at all.

I feel like it's just ok. Maybe it will improve with code but there really isn't much of anything going on with the Haunted House. Dennis Nordman is looking at the playfield on the Twitch Stream and looks like he's thinking "WTF did they do to my machine? They removed half the toys....this is BS!" Glad he's @ Deeproot now!

I love horror but I'm not 55+ so this looks terrible to me.

Looks like bm66 and munsters meets elvira for the animations.

Batman 66 is definitely better right now, but who knows 2 years from now. Jurassic Park easily the better game, and cheaper too

I’m enjoying it. It’s too bad the modes are linear for the stream. The sound effects, music and callouts are really nice. Seems like it has great flow, as expected for a fan layout.

Looking forward to deeper code before I take the plunge. Looks good so far!

I just wish this had a standard dmd or even a large one like the CGC remakes would be awesome. I'm just not a fan of the bad quality images and movie bites. Scared Stiff is 100 times better than this from what I have seen so far.

Agree 100% there seems to be many clashing graphic styles happening here. Floating head over the clips with cheesy inner tubes covering the screen.

They really need to rethink the whole floating heads thing.

It's easy to be disappointed. Expectations are high and the code is obviously still far from complete. Perhaps it's the reason for linear modes during the stream because only a few are programmed? Aside from that, I think the floating deadhead just doesn't work. It doesn't look fun and seems more in the way. The heads are just... goofy looking more than anything.

It's definitely geared to older players, would have personally preferred if it was 80's horror movies highlighted in the game as I don't recognize any of the movies currently referenced in the game. But I still dig the idea, the flow, the theme and the way it shoots it so I ordered an LE. It will nicely complement my Scared Stiff.

There's B movie corny and then there is this. Definitely need to rethink the blue screen floating head and Sesame Street yellow tubes

I think it looks fun. Needs some work on the video and music but over all it looks cool. I will need to play it before i decide. Not having a pro available sucks.

And the Inner-tubes don’t work. Replace with skulls or just use the values/numbers by themselves.
Love the layout and the potential code. Especially with the Lyman behind it.

I think the game has a lot of promise. It looks like it shoots really fluid and smooth. I hope they have a lot more callouts and a lot more alternate openings to the modes.
I don't mind the innertubes, but I don't like them.
What kind of concerns me... The callouts are tame.
Very, very tame. I don't expect them to reuse the same old callouts from past game. But, I loved the cheeky innuendo. Ohhhhh Nice Organ. Is perhaps my 2nd favorite start to MB ever. Also I love the scared stiff "How About another Ball" for the extra ball...
So far there is no innuendo to be had in this game. Boobs yes... But, no cheeky jokes.
Too family safe... But, this is just the preview. Things can change and maybe we didn't see enough of it.

Deadheads I like the idea... But, we only saw three, and they were LAME!!!!!

And I also think the match animation so far is lame. Hope it gets a proper match...

I mean... We need Elvira saying "Unpleasant Dreams" and waving as the match.... How would/could you not do that as the match...

I think its a very good and interesting start. Can't wait to see how this progresses and grows. Hell, even Iron Maiden got a lot of improvements via code and that shipped more complete than most stern games lately.

I didn't last long in the stream either. Every time Doug Flutie's younger brother said 'uh' or 'um' I did a shot. I was prone in about 2 minutes.

I thought this was going to be scary and it's just way too campy and goofy for my tastes. Initial reveal looked great, but I'm left feeling underwhelmed. The videos of Elvira talking are great, but they really slow down play. What's the point of coding all that if the player is going to feel compelled to skip it after seeing it for just the second time? When everyone first saw the layout and the mansion, everyone immediately compared it to MM...and this is not it. I don't know...I grew up w/ Elvira on late-night TV...in it's present state, it just doesn't look ready for primetime because I'm not feeling it.

Very happy w/ my JPLE though.

I'm 32 and I remember Elvira at Video Thunder or the VHS store. I was like 7 or 8 years old. Always in the horror section and I thought it was some weird porno, lol. I love everything on the game except for the pool tubes because they look like .jpeg images floating about and the Dead Heads are sorta cheap or distracting. Elviras clips made me feel like a kid again in a good way and she hasn't changed a bit for some strong nostalgic memories. I cannot wait to flip it!

I can remember about half of the movies. Some were my favorites from watching her host the movies. Always liked the black and white oldies. Funny thing is I've never watched any of Elvira's own movies.

Game play looks good and nice shots. The only thing that throws me off is the inter tubes on the screen.

I’m looking forward to actually playing it before I make my mind on it. It looks good so far though.

Please keep in mind that some things could be placeholders. Match animation is low on the priority list for things to do. It's not 1.0 code.

I assume the inner tubes are just meant to be a throwback to Elvira And The Party Monsters, which was a pool party. I dunno, I dig them. Hopefully they ship the LE's soon, I'll live stream mine on Twitch once I get it.

No offense taken of course, different strokes for different folks. DP does nothing for me but party on for those that enjoy it. JP doesn't look bad, if I had more room I'd consider it but ultimately the Elvira theme is just much more my speed. Spend your money wherever it works for you.

Wow, I'm disappointed. I kept losing the wifi connection and couldn't find any satisfaction with the game play thus far in the stream. Unless the YouTube is better, I might have to wait on the next CGC game, despite how much I love Elvira.

Easily third place among the Elvira pinball trilogy as it stands today on the stream.

It definitely had the feel of a snoozer no doubt. I was blown away with JP.....Elvira......just looks pretty damn boring.....the Haunted House is a disappointment.....the heads....WTF were they thinking.....just doesn't feel like it fits with the theme of the game. They really need to take this thing back to the drawing board.....it just looks bad.

Not hate, just not excited about it from what I have seen. I have no doubt it will get a lot better, but I am comfortable for waiting until that point. Plus, I can't afford a new game right now anyhow... I waited on BM66 and Lyman really delivered on that game! He will on this one too, just takes time.
