Wanted to show the custom casket with dagger-lids as they're the unique thing from this batch (final matte clear not applied here).
Again, this is a one-time thing to make up for missing this custom from run #9, but I figure others may like to see it anyway.

As I've had a second report on this (over the course of the entire production), I felt I should bring it up in case anyone else has had this issue with the right grass piece.
The upper screw on that right side should be countersunk and flush, but it seems Stern has made some of these with the wrong screw (despite the plastic underneath still beveled for countersunk).
This interferes with the grass portion as it lifts it in the front, and that's incorrect. On the first report I received, the customer was able to find a countersunk screw installed nearby and switched them around. Should this prove to be a larger problem than it seems (unreported issues), I would look into finding appropriate hardware to include.

Will post an update here soon. All parts are ready to assemble now. Each set takes about 18 hours to print, so each run is about 216 hours just to create the parts (unfortunately down to 2 working printers right now as well for all of my mods). Gonk houses are completed and painted too.
My main focus between these runs has been ACNC and RZ (already had parts ready to assemble), which have also had backlogs of orders for a long time.

Love those! I have an Elvira cadillac I've been meaning to install, but I haven't been able to come up with a good way to attach it.

Drfrightner had a custom last run that didn't get in my notes, and as before when this has happened, I rethink some element to make it more unique--inverted with a tombstone silhouette this time around (lids are loosely placed for the photo).
Elvira casket was a repeat custom request, but it won't be getting the dagger lids as the previous one had.
Will start making the run #12 list Sunday night and send out some PMs around that time to those that would make the list and have yet to pay.
Intended to ship run #11 later today, but realizing now it's a holiday (result of social distancing and no plans). Will ship on Monday.

Looking like I may have packaged a 2nd Gonk house in a box in place of a gargoyle VUK piece yesterday (or similar error that has me with one less house than expected and one more VUK), so whenever that is found, it will be resolved ASAP.

Should have a paint update here any day now. Bit behind as I've juggled these with TMNT development, finishing taxes, etc.
I appreciate everyone's patience. Good problem to have the demand I've had this year, but I know the turnaround times have been a pain.

In the midst of some CAD work for run #13.
For now, this is a casket that was supposed to get done in run #12, but I failed to note it down.
As I generally put some extra time into such delayed customs, I added the Dawn of the Dead face to this one. Pulled the poster image, hand traced some of the details, made it grayscale, cranked the contrast to full black/white, then transposed it to a 3D image for use in CAD.
Unmatched text sizing was an attempt to capture a bit of the Dawn of the Dead poster appearance.

Just ordered a 4th printer to help keep pace on Elvira orders (as the release of TMNT mods has proven to slow down Elvira parts too much).
Still keeping my main focus on these and other previous backlogs, while tackling TMNT on the side (generally working 7 days a week). I'm often working on other mods while I'm printing the full batch of Elvira mods.
Still need to get the clear coat on this before assembling the lids (will get rid of that un-stone-like sheen in the black), but it came out pretty nice (details were too fine to translate perfectly through the 3D printer, but should look great in the game).
