We are so sorry to hear about what happened. We stand by our product 100% and will get a new one sent out this week. Do us a favor and keep the box and all packing materials for the topper. UPS will need that for insurance purposes. Send any images of the damaged topper and wooden crate to our email. We will reach out with further instructions. Hang in there! A new one will be on the way shortly!

Remember, when we launch a product, we have inventory in stock and ready to ship. A minimum of 10 toppers like last time. We are finishing Hobbit production/shipping the last toppers this weekend and are currently finalizing Indiana Jones / getting it production ready Once everything is production ready, we will start manufacturing and then release the next topper! Once that starts, we will continue working hard on toppers 3 and 4 so future release times will be shorter in between It’s been a busy 2 months as a new company and we are only just getting started! Those that sign up to be an Elite Member on our websites homepage will have first shot at purchasing and seeing our next topper.

The moment I saw this topper in early November I knew I wanted it. I contacted Elite Toppers and reserved mine even though I didn't own a Hobbit. I received it not that long ago (arrived in great condition) and today since I still don't own a Hobbit I decided to try something different. I the topper on my Stern Lord of the Rings and I must say I really like it.

It's not interactive with the game. It plays the movie trailers on a loop off of a Raspberry Pi and a Stern Pinball animation a friend gave me but I love it.

Or you can get the topper Lior is selling through Little Shop of Games. Expensive, but I think the thing has a smoke-breathing dragon on it. He hasn't started making them yet, but they're amazing.

Got to say, she is PURDY!...#4 of the deluxe model. I had a little issue, forgot my game was a reimport. They were very responsive on helping me get it all tied in and powered up. You guys are gonna be glad you jumped in on this topper.

Just an update! Things are going smoothly in the shop. We have shipped out elite toppers 1-10 and are currently working on 14-24 deluxe models and 11-15 elite. We are also shipping standards regularly. We have a few standards in stock ready to ship.

Where should I ask for support help? I installed my deluxe today and there a issues.

Balls no longer launch. Single Drop target switch issue, left side of topper doesn’t light up it’s blue. Not torch)

The customer service from elite is amazing. Jordan noticed some of my light were hooked up incorrectly, and pmd me with an invitation to some one on one troubleshooting. He FaceTimed with me for an hour and sorted some small install mistakes on my part!

Gold leaf on a bloody topper....now I've really seen it all. I miss the days when I thought a repurposed toilet paper holder as a MM topper was ridiculous.

Thanks you! If you want to buy one, we do have some deluxe models left. Currently working on shipping out deluxe toppers 40 through 50 (out of 75 limited unit) Our elite model with the fog and 24k Gold is sold out. (Side note) Once our limited toppers are sold out we do not do “re-runs”. I’ll try and post a video of the integrated flashers that the deluxe topper has.

Would there be any issues with the Standard version for a Stern IJ? I understand there would be no game interaction but could it light up independent with a power source. It would look amazing and compliment the large ark on the playfield.

Our standard topper just piggy backs off the GI with black and red alligator clips like a basic trough light would usually. It could definitely work with the game. The only issue is you would need to sort out how to Mount it. You could probably use double sided velcro tape. Also it may hang over the front or sides. Would you mind taking a photo of your machines head with some measurements and let us know.

Amazing! Thank you so much. Couldn’t be any easier to power the topper with a couple alligator clips, that would work no problem. The backbox is flat on top which helps if there is any over hang. The dimensions are 27.5 inches x 8 inches if the standard topper would possibly fit

So ours is 9.5” deep by 28.5” wide. So it looks like it would have over about 1/2” on each side. And an inch or so off the back. That’s great!

Absolutely, that’s great! Almost the perfect size other than a tiny overhang which is no problem. The screws on the backbox come out, they mount the ‘tournament’ sign on top which I don’t have installed but the screws can be easily removed so it’s flush. All good
