Yeah, I would think any respectable lawyer would word things differently, but I'm not a lawyer so I don't know for sure. Professionally, I think it is in poor taste.

I always thought the word crony was a slang and not necessarily a legitimate term.
Kind of like using the word gay to refer to happy. Just not used too often anymore.
