I wouldn't worry too much so long as it doesn't drag out for an extended period of time. I imagine the two companies will file a few motions back and forth, attending a hearing, and possibly get a preliminary ruling. It might end there, but if not, Then they may go back and forth some more, and either eventually drop the case, settle, or go to trial.
A line item on the budget is one thing. Cash flow is another.
