I don't have any knowledge of JJP finances.
I'm just going by what we know here from the posts.
JJP is worth 5 to 10 million. A couple people and a company being sued, $500,000 + each. If after a year or two in the courts worst case scenario insurance pays for it.
Doesn't look like Jack did anything wrong or he'd be indicted.
So it's a bump in the road that will take a couple years to sort out. Hobbit going into production April ( Jen said at IAAPA ) Pat's game Summer.
So I think we'll see more JJP games.

If it is Ben, it would be in poor taste. I know he wasn't happy when JJP hired me. He even posted on Pinside that it would cost me friends.
Seems he forgot when I was losing the house I sent Him $60 for his Pinball On A Stick shirt to help him buy Christmas presents for his kids. Because he and his wife had been out of work.
