Has anyone remade EBD metal ball guide it measures length 20" x 1" high?
I know new rails have been made for other classic Bally's
Need help in identifying where this red wire goes.
EBD top left side, looks like it might go to GI.
In second picture bottom middle below brown plastic clip with solder ball is where I am guessing connection needs to be.
As I was taking Playfield apart to do a swap noticed red wire just hanging out there.

As I was putting on the new clear plastics I notice the frosted LEDS are to tall.
What are other people using for LEDs or incandescents?

Using a measuring tape original PF with 555 bulb is 7/16” above PF, w #47 led bulb well over 1/2”
Are there different heights on #47 leds?

Looking for help troubleshooting my EBD PF swap.
Issues is insert lights balls 1-15 are dim,
Also deluxe lights are also dim
I believe voltage is ac correct?
Measuring 2.2 VAC, when measuring voltage across lamp

On my EBD sometimes the ball will get stuck on top of DT when drop targets are down. There is no adjustment like the in-line target.
What’s the fix?
Place something under DT raising there height.

After labeling wires take pictures showing label, wire color, and location.

Right in lane ball bounces off flipper rubber, very little adjustment.

Are cliffy’s ball guides wider to prevent ball hop?
