I had a similar problem. I ended making my own head and mid section. It wasn’t that hard, just some 3/4 plywood. I made my own stencils too. Not perfect but better than nothing. I can take some measurements if you go this route. It was a fun project. Good luck!

I aquired a Ms. Pacman head box as well as the display box. Thought about cutting the ends off the display box and making new sides. The measurements would probably help.
