I can't find the thread now but there was a big discussion about people portrayed smoking in the backglass and playfield art. There were more examples than you'd think. Flipper Cowboy comes to mind and I think I mentioned it in the thread. Cowboy on the backglass smoking a cigarette. Many more...

Wow I didn't realize there were so many of them even in the modern games after they banned cigarettes in TV commercials.
