Just make them... the blades and contacts are cheap, and you reuse everything else from the old switch (well, I'd replace the cap and diode, too).
Marco probably sells the blades with the contacts already peened in, just measure them. They have a large selection of switch blades separate from the ones that have the multi holes in them.
