Was playing EBD and suddenly the pop bumpers stopped firing. Have a party tonight, any ideas?

From the test, it looks like the pop bumpers and drop targets 11 - 15 are not working. Also no noise for coin lockout door or KI relay, not sure if those should make a noise. Pop bumpers have from 28-42 volts on the lugs with the red lead on the lug and the black on the ground braid.
The five fuses on the power module are good and the fuse next to the transformer is good and the fuse on the soleniod driver board is good. Am I missing a fuse?
