The voltage reading I'm getting from TP-3, on the as2518-54 power module, is 52 VDC. It should be 11.9 VDC. I changed the CR-5 thru CR-8 diodes and still get 52 VDC at TP-3.
I thought it may be my transformer, so an experienced tech friend told me to check it by jumping a transistor between ground and TP-3 and taking a reading on the two leads off the jumped transistor, it was 11.9 VDC. This is supposed to indicate that the transformer is good.

Can anyone give me some insight as to how I should proceed to rectify this problem? Thanks in advance any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you Cody, putting a load on did help regulate the voltage down to around 13.90. Voltages on the SDB are all over the place so I've got to straighten that out.

zacaj, the part about the SDB voltages was mostly directed at you, and yes, it's a project machine. The other voltages on the power supply are normal, it just needed some loading. And now, it needs a good SDB. If you have any other suggestions they will be welcome.
