Depending on settings, they will only reset:
A) After you drop 1-7 and the 8 ball, AND get all DELUXE targets
or
B) After you drop 1-7 and the 8 ball, then drain and begin another ball.

Agreed. And yet it's not happening.

The expander definitely is not behaving correctly between players. I'll let Toyguy elaborate, but I believe the bulb is staying on when it shouldn't.

In addition to trying a new bulb, we tried a brand new expander board. No change. So, while the expander isn't behaving properly, the problem appears to be coming from somewhere upstream.
