Ok I've tried resoldering all the header connectors and that didn't work. I've swapped the displays around just to make sure it isn't the cables or MPU data.

These 2 displays 2nd player and 3rd player need some attention... where should I start?

I checked the 100K resistors and they are good...

reflowed all the components on the display board and now they both work
