I have a Squawk and Talk sound board that I get a flicker and 5 led flashes on the test bench hooked to ground, -5, and +12. When in the Eight Ball Deluxe game I only get a flicker and 4 flashes. I am assuming that a power problem of some sort is the cause? Should I get a -5 reading on the board at TP4 when in the game? I am getting +1v

I solved the -5 volt problem. The wire that carries the GI bus to the Squawk and Talk was missing. I fixed that and now I have 5 flashes. Unfortunately still no sound. Probably some other wiring issue with this thing
