Need help with color matching a 1981 EBD back box. Someone painted it black when I know it should be white. But I think the white is a off white?

Good luck. I have mixed a bunch of paint and not to bad at it but that color on ebd had me pulling my hair out. Check around restoration threads. I'm sure so.eine will be able to help

Here is the code i've used at Sherwin Williams. It's a cream color which it should be, and it's almost a perfect match. I've done both the EBDs that i've owned it it looks fantastic

Here you go. Both colors from Home Depot. Looks perfect to me! As you can see, the before cabinet was trashed. I have had about 7 EBD’s and almost all of them had black spray paint. I have no idea why people do this. I start by removing & cleaning all of the added non factory paint with Novis and magic eraser or towel. Nothing but touch up to bring it back to beauty.

Take the cabinet head off and bring it to a Lowe’s. They can color match I have done this on an EBD and a Fathom. Works great.

Good idea. But can’t even set foot in a store. Damn lockdown! Can’t even get a hold of paint department at big box store. Geez. Will have to wait till doors open again.
